Naira2Token

Terms of Service

Last updated 20 October 2026

1. The service

Naira2Token lets you convert Nigerian Naira to BEP-20 tokens on BNB Smart Chain and back, using USDT as the pricing currency, and withdraw Naira to a Nigerian bank account in your own name.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and legally able to use crypto assets where you live. You are responsible for keeping your password and transaction PIN secret. One person, one account.

3. Prices, fees and quotes

Every quote shows the Naira rate, fee and the minimum amount you will receive. Quotes are valid for a short time. If the market moves beyond your slippage limit before a purchase is filled, the order is cancelled and refunded. Fees are shown before you confirm.

4. Buying tokens

Tokens are sent to the wallet address you provide. Blockchain transfers are irreversible: check the address and network (BNB Smart Chain, BEP-20) carefully. We are not responsible for tokens sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

5. Selling tokens

Each sale order has a unique deposit address. Send only the selected token on BEP-20. Tokens sent on another network, or other tokens to the address, may be unrecoverable. Deposits are converted at the rate described in the order, and late deposits at the live rate.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals go only to bank accounts verified in your own name. We may delay or review withdrawals for security, legal or compliance reasons. Failed or rejected withdrawals are returned to your wallet in full.

7. Verification and limits

Limits depend on your verification level. We may ask for additional information, and may restrict accounts where required by law or to prevent fraud.

8. Prohibited use

  • Money laundering, fraud or sanctions evasion.
  • Using accounts or bank details that are not yours.
  • Attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

9. Risk

Crypto assets are volatile. You may lose some or all of the value you put in. Nothing on Naira2Token is investment advice. Some tokens are scams or have hidden taxes or restrictions: unlisted tokens carry a visible warning for this reason.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by market movements, blockchain congestion, third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control.
