To run the service, verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Payment and banking partners (to receive and send Naira), identity verification providers, blockchain networks (transactions are public by nature) and authorities where the law requires.

Security

Identity numbers are encrypted at rest and every administrative access to them is logged. Passwords and PINs are stored only as salted hashes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, subject to our duty to keep certain records under financial regulations. Contact support to make a request.
